1、貯存:應將防銹鋁板存放于干燥通風處,且平放在平整的表面上,切勿踩踏、撞擊。

2、搬運:搬運板材應將板的四邊同時抬起,嚴禁推拉、抽取,以免刮傷板面。

3、開槽:用開槽機或鑼機開槽時,應使用半圓頭式大于90度的銑刀.下刀既不要過深傷及防銹鋁板,也不要過淺使折邊困難,應留有0.2-0.3MM厚塑料芯材連同鋁板一起彎邊,以增加強度和韌性,否則在彎邊時鋁板可能斷裂或漆膜爆裂。

4、彎邊:彎邊時需用力均勻,一次成型,不要反復彎折,否則防銹鋁板可能斷裂。

5、弧形加工:加工弧形應使用專用彎曲設備加工,徐徐用力,使板材逐步達到所需的曲面.切勿一次彎曲成型。

6、批次:同一型號而不同批次的板材可能存在色差,不同色差的防銹鋁板價格可能不同，出售和使用不同批次板材時應增加比對色差之程序，無視覺色差時方可在同一平面使用。

7、安裝方向:將同色鋁板安裝在同一平面時,流程方向應一致,否則可能造視覺色差。

8、撕膜:應在防銹鋁板安裝后的45天內撕去保護膜,否則可能發生撕膜困難或移膠現象。

9、使用條件:內墻板應在室內使用,不宜安裝在室外,以保證使用效果和使用年限。
